Social dimension of labor law

Abstract
It is considered the social dimension of labor law and substantiated the necessity of its ideological remodeling in the article. It is also emphasized that labor law should be implemented the principle of freedom of labor agree- ment and labor, and it should be maximally brought closer the interests of relations’ participants in the labor field.
