On the issue of the certainty of judicial enforcement

Abstract
In this paper, an analysis is made of the regulatory mechanism and the state of actual application of the requirements of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of Fair Trial in Ukraine. The content of such elements of the legality of court verdicts as their validity and motivation is clarified. Scientific and legislative views on this issue have been studied. The resulted examples and lacks are indicated in their practical application.
