Social Issues of Employees as a Factor of the Employer’s Social Responsibility Towards Employees as an Element of Improving the Management Process

Abstract
The article presents results of a study conducted by the authors and experiences of Russian organizations in implementing the concept of employee wellbeing. The authors discuss various effects of wellness programs which are a key element of the employer’s social responsibility towards employees.
