Social risks as a socio-economic category

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the essence of the category «social risk». The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the definition of «social risk». The main elements of social risk as a socio-economic category are highlighted. The necessity of improving the nature of social risk as a category is substantiated.
