Abstract
The urgency and expediency of the thorough study of issues related to the development and formation of the social reflection of the future teacher are in the holistic understanding of its content, essence, and structure. Since the modernization of the pedagogical education system in the context of a personally oriented paradigm requires a rethinking of the paths already known and the search for new conceptual approaches to the training of future teachers, it is aimed at creating conditions for the optimal disclosure of the professional and personal potential of teachers, forming their ability for self-development, self-determination and self-realization, according to the modern methodological and normative provisions of the development of domestic education. Besides, it lies in the existence of the contradictions between social procurement for training of specialists who are able to carry out their functions professionally in various social and pedagogical situations according to the needs of the development of modern elementary school and the real possibilities of the existing system of professional training of future primary school teachers, which does not fully encourage them to professional reflection, self-knowledge, self-determination, search for the personally meaningful sense of the profession.
