Abstract
Розкрито соціальні стандарти в сфері оплати праці та динаміку їх формування і використання в Україні. Обгрунтовано сутність соціальних стандартів, основні суб’єкти та їхні завдання у сфері оплати праці, а також площини системи соціальних стандартів з виділенням сфери стандартизації прав та нормативізації соціальних стандартів. Розглянуто недоліки вітчизняної системи соціальних стандартів в сфері оплати праці порівняно з відповідними міжнародними показниками.
