СОЦИАЛЬНО-ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ КРИЗИСА ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В УКРАИНЕ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the crisis of education in Ukraine. The article deals with the problems of formation of the education crisis and ways to overcome it. The author identifies three groups of causes of the education crisis. The first group is made up of reasons of a global nature. They arise in the conditions of scientific and technological progress and informatization of the economy . These conditions cause an increase in the pace of change in the world and require new specialists for adequate socio-economic development. The second group includes the reasons for the national level. They are conditioned by state policy in the sphere of education. The third group is the reasons caused by the change in the personality itself and under the influence of informatization and due to the permanent reform of education in Ukraine. The author concludes that the main problems in education in Ukraine are related to the ill-conceived nature of reforms and with a break from the socioeconomic roots of the development of society
