SOCIO - PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES OF COMPUTER GAME ADDICTION IN TEENAGERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN MODERN TIMES

Abstract
Education of children and adolescents is a priority obligation of modern society. In this work, we study some aspects of a wide problem field, connected with the study of the personal characteristics of adolescents playing computer games. The article studies the problems of adolescents' enthusiasm for virtual game reality and the use of this reality for their personal growth. The causes, peculiarities and negative consequences of dependence on computer games, which is a new area of addictology research, are indicated.
