Software Assisted Alternative Transportation Solutions in Heavy Traffic Areas
Journal Title: Gazi Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Dergisi Part C: Tasarım ve Teknoloji - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 1
Abstract
In this work, it is tried to find an alternative solution for traffic problem which is a suffer for especially people who live in big cities. Google Maps Api v3 library capabilities are used for explained solution. Instead of the traffic layer of this application which could not serve in Turkey, instant traffic data coming from sensors which are in predefined places are analyzed. A system serves to users with smart phones or computers which has an internet connection and which gives a path or alternatives to users that they can go between two points with the smallest time is designed. With this system, people can travel without tangling up traffic which depends on traffic intensity.

Design of PID Controller for Automatic Voltage Regulator System through Kidney-inspired Algorithm
This study presents a new design method for determining the best proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller parameters (Kp, Ki and Kd) of an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) system using kidney-inspired algorithm...
Investigation Of Mechanical Behavior Of Hybrid Composites Reinforced Nettle Fiber-Hazelnut Shell Flour.
Polymer beam specimens produced with reinforcement of nettle fiber and fixed nut hazelnut flour at different volume ratios were opened initial notches with a / W = 0.2, 0.3 ratios after thermal curing. The volume percent...
Implementation of a Sample Test System for an Autonomous Wind Energy System
Many studies have been made in terms of mechanical and electrical related to using of convert the wind energy into electrical energy. The mechanical studies are generally wind turbine and special type machine designs. Th...
A Goal Programming Model for Multi-Resource Generalized Assignment Problem that Contains Agents With Different Abilities and Priorities Along With Jobs to Be Assigned to the Same Agents
Generalized Assignment Problem (GAP) is assignment of jobs to agents with capacity constraints. For Multi Resource GAP (MR-GAP), as an extension of GAP, each agent has a certain number of constrained resources. The aim o...
