SOLID STATE MICROWAVE GAP SENSOR BETWEEN MAGNETOPLAN AND GUIDEWAY

Abstract

The gap sensor allowing the registration on quality level of gap deviations between a transport vehicle and way structure with the use of the electromagnetic fields structurization regularities in unbalanced waveguide structures, construction features of the high-stable microwave generators on the base of semiconductor generator structures with the Gunn effect, and taking into account specific influence of the microwave field on domain instability development in this semiconductor structures, is built.
