SOME ASPECTS OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE TAX ON REAL ESTATE PROPERTY DIFFERENT FROM OF THE TAX ON LAND BY INDIVIDUALS

Abstract
The article is devoted tо the analysis of practical questions of the property tax payer characteristics, other than the land plot. Particular attention is paid tъ problems of tax accounting for such entities. The value of the tax on immovable property, different from the land plot for local budgets, is outlined.
