SOME ASPECTS OF BUDGETARY DECENTRALIZATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted the basic problems of organization of budgetary decentralization in Ukraine. It is analyzed legislatively are normative acts from organization of inter-budgetary relations. Outlined directions of budgetary decentralization, for the removal of lacks of operating model of inter-budgetary relations. The analysis of dynamics of profits is conducted state and local budgets. Basic directions of realization of decentralization in Ukraine.
