SOME ASPECTS OF EVIDENCE OF COPYRIGHT VIOLATION IN THE INTERNET

Abstract
This article analyzes the main problems of recognition by the court as appropriate and admissible evidence to support a violation of copyright on the Internet. Special attention is given to ways of fixing copyright infringement on the Internet and receiving as a result of the use of a particular method of fixation of evidence. During the study, the author has identified the strengths and weaknesses of individual evidence to support a violation of copyright on the Internet.
