SOME ASPECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PROSECUTOR’S POWERS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
In the article some practical issues related to the implementation of certain powers of the prosecutor during the preliminary investigation have been theoretically comprehended, such as: the definition of the powers of the head of the prosecution regarding the exercise of procedural guidance of preliminary investigation, setting the moment of appearance of such powers and clarifying the procedural consequences of obtaining evidence by an unauthorized subject.
