SOME ISSUES OF THE REALIZATION OF PARENTS’ AND CHILDREN’S RIGHTS AND DUTIES IN INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LAW

Abstract
The article deals with legal aspects of parents and children relations. Some countries’ laws and international conventions norms as to alimony maintenance have been analyzed. The issues of collisions that solve the problems of legal paternity and fulfilling the maintenance liabilities have been considered.
