SOME PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF THE MECHANISM OF INSURANCE OF CIVIL LIABILITY OF LAWYERS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In this article the author explores some conceptual regulations for the formation of a reliable and effective mechanism for insurance of civil liability of a lawyer. To this end, the author defines both the legal nature of the object of insurance of the civil liability of the lawyer, and the essence of the insured event, the possible types of the insurance system of such liability and the size of the insurance coverage are disclosed.
