Abstract
Kichuk N.V. The article reviews the positions of some scientists on the problem of the Teacher’s creative potential enriching on the stage of their postdiploma education. Some structural approaches are analysed. All of them are directed to realization of the interaction ideas in modern practice of Teacher’s personality–professional perfection. The dominant of the Teacher’s work has been seen in their inclination to pedagogical innovations.
