MOTIVES OF SELF9DEVELOPMENT IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS

Abstract
Great changes in all spheres of life, modernisation of higher education system make new requirements to the reformation of economic education. One of the important problems of optimization of professional training of specialists in economic sphere is providing of terms for valuable development, self-development and professional self-development of personality of future specialists. This problem is related to such foreground scientific and practical tasks, as activation of aspirations of students to professional self-realization, creative self-revealing, theformation of their scientific world view, reflexive abilities, critical thinking, and professional mobility. The scientific sources research testifies that different aspects of the given problem were examined from the different points of view: motivation lies in work, in enrichment of spiritual world, in self-actualization and self-realization, as main reasons of personal development, in aspiring to the ideal, in the priority that there is formation of mental and ethical and professional valued orientations, content theories of motivation, judicial theories. However, methodological bases of formation of professional mobility of future specialists remain out of attention of scientists. It has defined the aim of the given article: to expose reasons of self-development in the formation of professional mobility of future specialists in economic sphere. It is found out in the article, that reasons of professional self-development lie in the desire to answer own ideal of personality and specialist in economic activity, aspiring to professional self-perfection and self-realization, desire to learn a profession, interest in productivity increase in economic sphere, in the formation of valued mental and ethical and professional orientations. It is possible to assert that motives content, their purpose orientation, intensity and specificity in professional activity give influence on the success of mastering the profession, activityefficiency, labour satisfaction, personality development, thatfinally determines the level of professional mobility of future specialist. The prospects of further researches lie in the methodological development of motives of self-development in the formation of professional mobility of future specialists in economic sphere.
