THE ORETICAL ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONALEX HAUSTION OF WORKER SOF REHABILITATION CENTERS FOR PEOPLE WITH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DISORDERS

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical basis of the concept of professionalex haustion, the factors and symptoms of this syndrome, preventive and corrective measures. The topicality of the study of professionalex haustion of social wor kers and pecialists of rehabilitation centes for children with mental and physical disordersin particularis conditioned byits high socialvalidity and prevalence, since to day the presence of professionals with a highlevel of professional competencean dresist an cetostres sandne gativefactors whenworking with disabled children is of paramount importance. Inthisregard, great importan ceisgiventothestudy of the exhaustion phenomenon - a psychological phenomenon, whichhas a negativeimpacton the psychophysical healthandefficiency of social workers activities. The hig hemotional tensioniscausedbythelargenumberof stress-factors tobeconstantlypresentintheworkofspecialistsof socio-pedagogicalprocess. The searesuchfeaturesofactivities ashighdynamics, lackoftime, working overload, complexity of arising psycho-pedagogical situations, roleambiguity, socialassessment, etc. A lotofpedagoguesobserveoccurrence of mentalstates, destabili zing professional activity (anxiety, sadness, depression, apathy, frustration, chronicfatigue). The consequence of a professional «exhaustion» maybe family problems, breaksin relation ships withf amily and especially with one’sown children. Professional «exhaustion» is a syndrome that developsagainstt hebackground of chronics tress and lead stopers onale motional and energetic resources. Professional «exhaustion» is the result of internal accumulation of negativee motions with out proper «discharge» or «release» fromthem. Thedangerof «exhaustion» is thatitisnot a short-termepisode, but a long-termprocess «burning to the ground». Today exhaustion syndromeis seenas a long-term stress response that occursas a result of impact of chronic professional stress of medium intensityon to a person. Inthisregard, weconsider the exhaustion syndromeas a «professionalex haustion», which potentiates the deformation of professional’s individuality. It canbeconcluded that the study of the problem of «professionalex haustion» has great practical significance, using the received datain the system of psychohygienic, psycho-correctional measures which provide the preservation and streng the ning of psychological, social and educational workers’ health. And soitis extremely important to study the conditions of social workers and provide the necessary measures to prevent and overcome the exhaustion. Becauseiti sspecialist’s well-being which influence bothmental and physical condition of the client who cameforhelp.
