SOME TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE UKRAINIAN MUSICAL AS ART AND THE SPHERE OF THE SHOW INDUSTRY

Abstract
The author considers the thesis that a musical with its artistic language corresponds to the needs of a broad spectator masses and is the most successful theatrical genre and risky commercial production. In the Ukrainian theater space, several main trends of the beginning of the 21st century have been revealed: the unpreparedness of the domestic public to perceive the rental of a musical in the form of the world entertainment industry; successful rental of copyright musicals, created by the forces of theaters, interesting in form and content, in the format of the repertoire theater; mastering the latest technologies - a step towards popular modern 3D shows. For the development of the Ukrainian musical, it is necessary to solve a number of problems, in particular the training of specialists of the most diverse creative professions, capable of robing in violent conditions of competition; creation of conditions for the rental of domestic musicals in different regions of Ukraine and abroad; propaganda of the best samples of copyright musicals in the media, on websites in the Internet and much more. For the capital of Ukraine, the opening of the Theater of the Musical and Rock Opera is actual.
