Сonceptual framework of educational textbook for non-pedagogical universities

Abstract
The article highlights the features and peculiarities of making the textbooks for nonpedagogic higher schools. It is proved that Master's programme is a necessary but it is the insufficient condition of preparation for the higher school teacher as someone is forced to learn masters’ in the process of his\her professional activity. It is expedient within the framework of Master's programme to provide sound pedagogical qualification of graduate of the non pedagogical higher educational establishment for the implementation his\her as a research and educational personnel. There are defined conceptual basis of the teaching practices: updating status of pedagogical subjects, the transition from information to the tutorial function of the book, the provision of functionally complete minimum of propaedeutical pedagogical knowledge, an integrative approach to the construction of the textbook, core and variable components; reliance on general scientific methodological approaches, ultimate use of information technology capabilities, the availability of the author's position in the development of the manual.
