Abstract
Hukuk, devlet içerisinde yaşayan bireylerin birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerinde uy-maya zorunlu oldukları kurallardır. Bu tanıma dikkat edildiği takdirde hukukun sos-yal hayata ilişkin bir yaptırım gücü olduğu anlaşılır. Gerçekte hukuk, insanların faali-yetlerini etkili bir şekilde düzenleme görevini yerine getirir. İnsanların karşılıklı ilişkile-rinde, halkın gücünü kendisinde görmek isteyenler her ne olursa olsun hukuka uygun hareket etmelidirler. Hukuk kurallarını ihlal ederek uygulanan fiiller zorla düzeltilir ve doğru duruma getirtilir.
