Abstract
The article is devoted to the source base of the research regulatory activities of state authorities and local self-government in their interaction. On the basis of generalization and systematization of scientific approaches to the problem of norm-setting activities of state authorities and local self-government highlighted areas of her research and outlined a range of scientists who have made a significant contribution to the study of various aspects of this problem.
