SOURCES OF THE PRINCIPLE OF FREEDOM OF LABOR IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the system of freedom of labor sources in Ukraine. Subjected to critical analysis of ideas and theories attributing to sources of freedom of labor employment contract, judicial precedent or recommendatory act of the court. In the end it was noted that the proposed theory sources can be considered sources of labor freedom in Ukraine and in what way.
