Special features of the teaching of law disciplines on the intellectual property.

Abstract
In the article are investigated the problems of the teaching of lawful disciplines in the sphere of intellectual property, in particular «Legal frame of intellectual property», «The acquisition of the rights of intellectual property», «Order by the rights of intellectual property and their protection». The application of methods of scientific research during the teaching of disciplines is proposed. Attention to the applied aspect of training students is paid.
