The state financial control in Azerbaijan.

Abstract
In the article main principles of the organization of the state financial control are investigated, process of reforming of the financial control of public sector in Azerbaijan is studied and necessity of its further reforms taking into account the international experience is proved. In the conclusion it is offered to expand structure of main principles of the financial control, accurately having defined object and a control subject, its principles and types, carrying out principles. All it should promote expansion of a terms framework, base questions of the state financial control and disclosing of essence and the basic requirements to its performance.
