Journal Title: Romanian Journal of Human - Computer Interaction - Year 2012, Vol 5, Issue 3
Abstract
Faculty admission websites are used every year by thousands of people looking for some kind of information. In this paper we present an empirical evaluation of Babeş-Bolyai University faculty admission websites. The university has 21 faculties, each one having its own website. The evaluation is performed using different criteria (i.e., the design, the displayed information, the language used, etc ) derived from usability heuristics.
