SPECIFIC NATURE OF SOME METHODS OF ASSESSMENTS FOR EMPLOYEE DETERMINED CHARACTER ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Abstract

The article presents the location of the evaluation system of employees in organization management. The aim of the article is to present the conditions of employee evaluation system, as well as selected methods of employee assessment. To achieve its objective was carried out the analysis of literature studies in the integration of practical knowledge, which is derived from the author’s professional achievements. The publication should be of interest to those wishing to become familiar with the strengths and weaknesses introduction of performance appraisal. The changes taking place in modern enterprises are the most important characteristic of today’s management. Among the important variables affecting the functioning of the company involved in the objectives, structure, surrounded by economic, technical, social, political and cultural, people require special attention. The importance attributed to the continuous enhancement of skills and qualifications of employees. Therefore it is important from the point of view of employers should be fair evaluation of employees.
