Specificity of the policy of neutrality European states

Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of the policy of neutrality European countries. The main purpose of paper is overview of the theoretical and practical aspects related to the concept of a neutral state and the evolution of its content during and after the Cold War. Some forms of adjustment policies of European neutral to new threats, challenges and risks associated with security and integration processes in the EU are considered.
