Специфіка еколого-процесуальних правовідносин при припиненні прав на природні об’єкти

Abstract
Статья посвящена исследованию характерных черт эколого-процессуальных отношений, которые возникают в процессе прекращения прав на природные объекты. Проанализированы общие черты эколого-процессуальных отношений, рассмотрены функции оснований прекращения прав на природные объекты и их потенциальное влияние на процессуальные отношения прекращения этих прав по соответствующим основаниям. Сделан вывод, что порядок прекращения прав на природные объекты должен адекватно отображать цели и задания конкретных оснований их прекращения, рассмотренные сквозь призму целей и заданий природоресурсного законодательства в целом.
