Specyfika usług oferowanych w ramach private banking

Abstract
Integralnym segmentem nowoczesnego i intensywnie rozwijającego się obszaru rynku bankowego w Polsce jest private banking. W tej dziedzinie współczesnej bankowości w ciągu ostatnich kilkunastu lat nastąpiły istotne przeobrażenia. Wzrost liczby zamożnych klientów i ich oczekiwań determinuje poszukiwania przewagi konkurencyjnej w kreowaniu nowych produktów finansowych. Niniejsze opracowanie przedstawia istotę i rozwój private banking w Polsce, kryteria segmentacji klientów oraz analizę oferty prestiżowych kart płatniczych wybranych banków jako standardowego produktu private banking.
