Speech acts in structure of a modern courtroom discourse

Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of scientific research into theory of speech acts. The use of various interconnected speech acts (assertives, expressives, declarations) is characterized in a courtroom discourse. The special role of directives in implementing effective process of interaction of participants of judicial audience is revealed.
