Spinal Stabilization Program AImed at Reduction of Back Pain

Journal Title: Jaunųjų mokslininkų darbai - Year 2011, Vol 30, Issue 1

Abstract

The research aim was to find out the impact of the core stability training programme on the reduction of core pains. After the core stability training programme, the EG participants’ endurance of these muscles increased (p < 0.05), and the results of the CG participants changed very slightly, without reaching the set norm; we may suggest that improperly trained muscles do not perform the function of core stabilisation and the increase in back pain may be possible
