SPIRITCREATIVITY WORK OF FUTURE PRACTICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS IN THE INCLUSIVE EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Abstract

The article raises the problem of preparing a new generation of practical psychologists, who are called to work in the inclusive educational space of modern educational institutions. The author analyses the legal and regulatory preconditions for the formation of inclusive education in Ukraine and the significance of this process for children and youth with special needs. The definition of concepts "inclusive educational space", "external and internal environment of inclusive educational space" is given. The analysis of the works of domestic researchers devoted to the interpretation of this concept is carried out and the main approaches to the problem of preparation of specialists intended to work in the field of inclusive education are described. The analysis of the spiritcreativity of future practical psychologists in pedagogical institutions of higher education as a process of mastering the spiritual experience of mankind, enrichment of vital values, cognition of oneself and the world picture as a way of seeing the harmony of nature and man are analysed. On the basis of the analysis of scientific researches of modern pedagogues-practitioners, the directions of work of the pedagogical institution of higher education in the preparation of future practical psychologists for work in the inclusive educational space are determined. The author proposes filling the four directions of educational work with the ideas of inclusive education and implementing them in the educational process of the pedagogical institution of higher education. The educational value of the volunteer activity of future psychologists is described and it is determined that the young person who is helping the neighbour helplessly is the best example of spiritual creativity. Manifestations of responsibility towards society help young people show their best qualities, go beyond the limits of commercial and "mutually beneficial" relationships, and create their spirit and character growing above them.
