Spiritual competencies of managers: The study of forgiveness at organization in the light of Islamic teachings

Abstract
One of subjects that is discussed in management field in early years, is positive organizational behavior. Positive organizational behavior tries to prepare organization atmosphere to achieve higher efficiency and function via increasing individual’s self awareness about their approaches and behaviors and also supporting more attitude in working environment. This approach beside supplemental approaches including spiritual leadership that caves about concepts like humanism, morality and stress coping based on inner serenity and also deep attention to the self and the others, can help managers as ultra-technical tools in order to better achievement of ideals and pre-defined targets. One of acting skills that includes in these approaches, and also emphasized in our religious and cultural studies, is the concept of forgiveness and compassion. This article tries to consider the spirit of the forgiveness, its impacts and how it works with focusing on organization base, based on investigation evidences and also Masoom’s words about compassion concept using local grounded theory.
