Abstract
L5-S1 seviyesinde spontan gerileme gösteren ekstrude lomber disk herniasyonu vaka olarak sunulmuştur. Gerileme gösteren disk herniasyonu, manyetik rezonans görüntüleme yöntemleriyle gösterilmiştir. Bu sürecin altında yatan muhtemel mekanizmalar tartışılmıştır.
