Nörofibromatozis Tip 1 İle İlişkili Serebral Kitle-içi Kanama Olgu Sunumu

Abstract
Nörofibromatozis tip 1 hastaları kendilerini genellikle çok sayıda nörofibromlar ve cafe-au-lait lekeleri ile gösterirler. Vasküler hastalıklar olguların sadece çok küçük bir kısmında rapor edilmiştir. Otuz dört yaşında bir kadın hasta başağrısı ve bilinç değişikliği nedeniyle başvurdu. Hastada çok sayıda yaygın deri nörofibromları bulundu. Bilgisayarlı beyin tomografisinde sol temporal lobda düzensiz bir hiperdens görünüm mevcuttu. Çekilen T2 ağırlıklı magnetik rezonans görüntüleme de sol temporal hiperintens lezyon saptandı.. Serebral anjiografi intrakranial vasküler bir lezyon göstermedi. Biz hastalığın seyri sırasında sık olarak görülmeyen serebral intratümoral hemorajili bir Nörofibromatozis tip 1 olgusunu kısaca tartıştık.
