Behçet Sendromunda EEG Bulguları

Abstract
Amaç: Behçet Sendromunda EEG bulgularını ve bu bulguların klinikle ilişkisini değerlendirmek. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada BS tanısı alan ve baş ağrısı, baş dönmesi, konvulsiyon, kognitif bozukluk ve psikiyatrik semptomları nedeniyle elektroensefalografi (EEG) kayıtlaması yapılan yaş ortalaması 39.9 ± 9.7 olan 26 erkek, 14 kadın toplam 40 BS’lu olgunun EEG bulguları gözden geçirilmiştir. Bulgular: EEG’de olguların 16 (% 40)’sında normal, 24 (% 60)’ünde ise anormal bulgular (11’inde yavaş aktivite, 10’unda teta ve sharp teta/aktivite, 3’ünde hızlı aktivite) gözlenmiştir. Bu bulguların, olguların 18’inde ise bilateral olduğu, 4’ünde sağ parietooksipital, temporosantral ve posterior temporal, 2’sinde sol temporasantral alana lokalize olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç: BS’da nörolojik semptom ve/veya bulguların EEG’ye yansımasının belirgin lateralizasyon göstermeyen nonspesifik yavaş aktivite düzensizliği şeklinde olduğu belirlenmiştir.
