Abstract
İntrakranyal meningiomların ekstrakranyal genişleme göstermesi oldukça nadir görülür. Gelişmiş radyolojik tanı yöntemleri ile intrakranyal meningiomların tanısı erken konulduğu için bu olguların sayısı azalmıştır. Cerrahi tedavileri zor ve komplikasyonları sıktır. Bu olgu sunumunda dev boyutlarda bir intra � ekstrakranyal meningiom olgusu sunulmuştur.
