Verteks de Epidural Hematom: Cerrrahi Tedaviye Karşılık Konservatif Tedavi: İki Olgu Sunumu

Abstract
Bilgisayarlı tomografi, tek başına tanı için kullanıldığı zaman, verteks epidural hematomlar gözden kaçabilir veya eksik olarak saptanabilir. Magnetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG), travmalı bir hasta için genellikle endike değildir. Fakat bu gibi nadir lezyonlarda, standart aksiyal bilgisayarlı tomografiyi desteklemek için, uygun bir tanı yöntemidir. Böyle hematomlara aktif müdahale edilebilir ve bazen de konservatif tedavi edilebilir. Başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilen verteks epidural hematomlu iki olgu tanımlandı. Her iki hematom, travmatik orijinli ve raniyal fraktürler ile birlikte idi.
