Staff development as a element of creation companies value

Abstract
In this article author points the meaning of human resource in modern companies. Author shows that through staff development, companies can raise the level of companies value. In modern world, sporadically participation in professional training it's not enough, but the comprehensive development of the human resources is needed. It gives a chance for bigger market share, ownership of the modern technology, distinctive products, high quality service. Competent workers are the key resource in modern organisations, that gives a possibility for attainment higher company value and capture of competitice advantage.
