STAFF DEVELOPMENT AS AN OBJECT OF ACCOUNTING OF A SOCIAL ACTIVITY OF THE ENTITY

Abstract
In the article are considered main peculiarities of professional training and advanced training as the directions for the development of personnel in the accounting aspect. Also is proposed the creation of a provision for personnel development in the analytic aspect, is created an appropriate list of proposed synthetic and analytic account for it provision, was constructed a technical map and typical correspondence of accounts.
