Startups as a special organizational structure of market of innovations

Abstract
In the article the scientific and practitioners approaches to determination of the essence of economic categories «startup» are considered and their characteristic features àre defined. Scientific approaches to classification stages of a startup and the essence of the individual stages are considered. The types of startups on classification criteria are directed. Key progress of startups trends in the world and in Ukraine in 2015 are generalized.
