Abstract
The article is dedicated to research of the legal regulation of state agrarian policy as the basis for the sustainable development of modern agricultural production. The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the definition of state agrarian policy on which basis it was formulated the author’s definition of this concept as an agrarian and legal category, highlighted its legal features and elements.
