State control over observance of legislation on urban electric transport

Abstract
The article substantiates the significance of the development of urban electric transport in the context of introducing concepts of sustainable development of territories and the distribution of resource-saving technologies and, accordingly, its high-quality administrative and legal regulation, including state control over observance of legislation on urban electric transport. The normative-legal acts, which regulate the state control over observance of the legislation on the city electric transport, have been determined and analyzed. The main features of control have been described.
