STATE PURCHASES: PROBLEM ASPECTS OF CONTROLS

Abstract
In the article the modern problem aspects of state control of operations connected with public purchases are investigated. The most actual cases in which the rules of conducting the procedure of public procurement are violated are considered. It is noted that improving the state control of such operations will increase the efficiency of using budget funds.
