Abstract
The article deals with the principles of organization of insurance company insurance. The main groups of financial relations that mediate the insurer's turnover cycle are presented. The schematic diagram of the cash flow of the insurance organization is presented. Investigated the regulatory function of the state in insurance activity and the form of its implementation. The functions of the Authorized Agency, performed by the National Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine, are also considered.
