STATE REGULATION OF INSURANCE MARKET OF UKRAINE: PROBLEMS OF COMMINOCATION WITH THE CONSUMERS OF FINANCIAL SERVICES

Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of actual problems that are inherent to the modern insurance service market of Ukraine. Some questions of state regulators’ activity are analyzed, in particular – in the part of rights’ protection of financial services consumers. The great attention is paid to the significant role of effective communication between the insurance market participants and state regulators. A number of proposals aimed at improving of mechanisms of information exchange in the insurance market of Ukraine are developed.
