THE FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF HOLDING COMPANY

Abstract
Theoretical questions of holding formation, its management organizational structure in holding companies in the article. Factors which must be used in formation of holding organizational structure. Schematically typical organizational structure of holding management and also the perspectives of management organizational structures transformations and improvement by holding companies are shown. Main principles of holding company management organizational structure effectiveness are formed.
