State regulation of pharmaceutical activities in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the state regulation of the circulation of medicines as an important administrative function of the state and its organs. On the basis of the analysis of normative legal acts regulating pharmaceutical activity in Ukraine, the status of state bodies that carryout state regulation in this area is singled out.
